TRYBE does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before relying on them or distributing them to third parties.
Data shared with AI providers may include, but is not limited to:

- Conversation history and context
- Business data and customer information necessary to generate responses
- Performance and usage metrics
TRYBE does not control how third-party AI providers use or retain data processed through their services.

No security system is perfect. Users are responsible for maintaining secure credentials and devices. TRYBE shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user failure to secure account credentials.
While your account is active, TRYBE retains your information as necessary to provide Platform services and as required by applicable law or contractual obligation.
Following cancellation or termination of your account, TRYBE will retain your data for a period of thirty (30) days ("Retention Period"). During this period, you may contact support at [email protected] to request an export of your data in a standard format.
After the Retention Period expires, TRYBE may permanently delete all account data, including contacts, communications history, media files, and configuration data. TRYBE shall have no liability for data loss following the expiration of the Retention Period.
